ProgrezPro account & data deletion

Use this page to permanently delete your ProgrezPro account and the data associated with it — the app is not required. To confirm the account is yours, we email a one-time confirmation code to its address.

You can also request deletion directly in the ProgrezPro app from your profile settings — both ways do exactly the same thing.

What happens next

• Deletion is scheduled immediately, you are signed out on all devices, and a confirmation email is sent to you.
• For the next 30 days the account is kept deactivated so you can change your mind.
• After the 30-day grace period, the account and all data listed below are permanently erased. This cannot be undone.

What data is deleted

Everything associated with your account, including:

• account and profile — email, name, physical parameters, goals, and preferences;
• workout history, custom workouts, and program progress;
• nutrition, water, and weight logs, and progress statistics;
• streaks, achievements, Progrez Points, and reward coupons;
• registered devices and notification settings.

We may retain limited records where the law requires it — see our Privacy Policy for details and retention periods.

Good to know

• Changed your mind? Sign in to the ProgrezPro app with the same email during the 30-day grace period and choose Restore — the account comes back untouched.
• Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Manage subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
