This Privacy Policy explains how ProgrezPro ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the ProgrezPro mobile application and the website progrezpro.com (together, the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
- Account data — email address, name, and password when you create an account.
- Profile data — age, gender, height, weight, fitness goals, and training preferences you choose to provide.
- Activity and health data — workouts completed, workout minutes, estimated calories burned, streaks, and weight entries you log.
- Nutrition data — meals, calories, and macros you log in the app.
- Rewards data — Progrez Points balance and redeemed offers.
- Technical data — device type, operating system, app version, language, and anonymized usage statistics.
2. How We Use Your Information
- to provide the Service: workout plans, nutrition tracking, progress statistics, and rewards;
- to personalize your experience and recommendations;
- to maintain, secure, and improve the Service;
- to communicate with you about your account and important changes;
- to comply with legal obligations.
3. Health Data
Activity, weight, and nutrition entries are sensitive to you. We use them only to provide the features of the Service (statistics, progress, recommendations) and never sell them. If you connect third-party health platforms (e.g., Apple Health or Google Fit), data is exchanged only with your explicit permission, which you can revoke at any time in your device settings.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers — hosting, analytics, and infrastructure vendors that process data on our behalf under contract;
- Reward partners — only the minimum needed to fulfil an offer you chose to redeem, and only after your action;
- Authorities — where required by applicable law.
5. Data Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately.
7. Your Rights

The Service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16; if you believe a child provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
