Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ProgrezPro mobile application and the website progrezpro.com (together, the "Service"), operated by ProgrezPro ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading the app, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
ProgrezPro is a fitness and lifestyle application that provides workout programs, nutrition tracking, progress statistics, and a rewards program. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
2. Health Disclaimer
ProgrezPro is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. Workout plans, nutrition information, and calorie estimates are provided for general informational purposes only. Consult a physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition. You use the Service at your own risk and are solely responsible for your health decisions.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Progrez Points and Rewards
The Service lets you earn points ("Progrez Points") for completing in-app activities. Progrez Points:
- have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money;
- are not transferable and may not be sold;
- may be redeemed only for offers available in the Rewards Marketplace;
- may expire or be adjusted by us, including in cases of abuse or technical error.
Partner offers in the Rewards Marketplace are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the products or services supplied by partners; separate terms of the relevant partner may apply.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping or copying content in bulk, manipulating or falsifying activity data to earn rewards, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Subscriptions and Purchases
Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, and included features are shown in the app before purchase. Payments are processed by the App Store or Google Play; their refund policies apply. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your store account settings before the end of the current period.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data (including calorie and activity estimates) will be accurate.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or health-related outcomes arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and accumulated Progrez Points are forfeited.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
